    I haven’t seen the contract with the Friends of Multi-Graphics yet, but I think it is another giant scam. If I understood the original discussion from them, they want to take over the entire facility with equipment and all. But instead of paying rent or leasing it, they want the city to pay them to keep it open to the tune of about $150,000.00 per year. But that is not enough, they want the city to provide all the utilities also. WOW! what a deal…
    The deal requested by the Friends of Lake McMurtry wasn’t that great.
